Terms and Conditions

At LearnifyU, we value transparency and fairness. Since our programs involve live, personalized instruction and dedicated faculty planning, the following refund and cancellation terms apply:

1. Enrolment & Program Structure

  • All LearnifyU programs are offered as structured packages and not on a per-class basis.
  • Once enrolment is confirmed, resources such as faculty allocation, lesson planning, and onboarding are initiated.

2. Cooling-Off Period

  • A full refund may be requested within 48 hours of enrolment, provided no class has been attended.
  • Refund requests must be sent in writing to the official LearnifyU email ID – info@learnifyu.com.

3. After Classes Have Commenced

  • No full refunds are offered once classes have started.
  • If a discontinuation request is made after commencement:
    • Fees for classes already conducted will be charged.
    • A nominal onboarding and setup fee will be deducted.
    • The remaining balance (if any) will be calculated accordingly, along with GST if applicable.
    • The refund will totally depend on how the payment term has been structured, either Monthly or Quarterly and also the number of classes offered and consumed.
    • Any refund and discontinuation are solely at the discretion of LearnifyU management and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Pause / Credit Option (Instead of Refund)

  • In cases of personal, medical, or unavoidable reasons, LearnifyU may offer the option to:
    • Lock the remaining paid amount as class credit
    • Credit can be used to resume classes within 6 months from the pause date.
  • This option is subject to written communication and mutual agreement.

5. Missed or Rescheduled Classes

  • Classes missed with prior notice may be rescheduled or adjusted based on availability.
  • No refund is provided for missed classes without prior intimation.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Any exceptions to the above policy are solely at the discretion of LearnifyU management and will be handled on a case-to-case basis.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 15–21 working days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.

8. Policy Updates

  • LearnifyU reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
  • The latest version published on the website will be considered final.
